Getting a bigger penis surgically
Getting a bigger penis by going under the knife is on the increase. Expensive and still rather unpredictable but probably faster - if nothing goes wrong . Because of the great interest in penis enlargement clinical procedures have evolved and advances have been made in these surgical methods. 40,000 men per year are going for it.
They don’t cut it off!
Phalloplasty is the name given to this specialisation. It’s also known as cosmetic penile enhancement or augmentation surgery. There are two separate procedures. One to lengthen the penis and one to increase the girth. Lengthening involves cutting the ligaments at the root of the penis and then moving the whole organ further outwards so that a larger portion of it extends out of the body.
Girth is more complicated. The medical term is Alloderm graft, fat transfer or dermal augmentation. This involves harvesting tissue from some other area of the body and then grafting this on to the shaft of the penis beneath the skin layer.
Post-operative complications may be a cause for concern for anyone considering this option as a way of enlarging their penis. Numbness, deformity and loss of erectile function as well as impotence are only some of the results!
This risky method can cost from $3000 to $10,000. But this is only the beginning phase sometimes. If remedial surgery is required afterwards you may have further spending ahead of you. This is not always successful either.
Ouch!
I wouldn’t like to be accused of reviewing this process unfairly. The comments above are anything but persuasive. If 40,000 men have done it then the majority must have been successful. If you can afford it it may be the option for you. I would suggest a more natural method that doesn’t have any possibility of side effects or danger. Get a bigger penis safely. The use of stretching devices or massage techniques are harmless. Click here to find out more about them now.
