Are Penis Exercises Effective?

A long time ago in the desert

Nomadic Arabian Tribes had a method of exercising called the jelq technique which was handed down through the generations as a means of increasing penis length. This may have been part of a tradition within tribal groups. The reasons for it are misty and I haven’t found any convincing information about it. Some suggestions are rites of passage or initiation ceremonies.

Today a favourite method for getting a bigger penis is by using traction devices that maintain a tension on the penis for periods of time. Exercise techniques apply this tension by hand. A daily routine which involves moving the hand firmly from the base of the penis to the top will give definite results over a period of time. How long this period of time will be is uncertain because everyone has a different growth rate but a timescale of months rather than weeks would be a reasonable expectation.

Establish a routine

Before you begin on any exercises though you must be sure to warm up the tissue of the penis. Just like exercising in the gymn, a gentle warm up prepares the body tissue. In the case of penis enlargement do this by wrapping a warm flannel or towel around the penis. Working from cold is not productive. A common problem with jelq is getting tired arms. 10 minute sessions of continued milking (as it is called) can get to you.

My routine:

  • Same again the next day.
  • Next day have a day off.
  • Do it again the next day.
  • Rest day

Jelqing
